Submitter’s Comment: This man has earned the title of “The Uni-nostril Dude”. It was said that the septum piercing had a very low/poorly done placement, and it either rejected or was accidentally ripped out. His septum was not completely ripped in half/ripped off, even though it looks like it in this photo.
What’s Awful?: Improper placement causing rejection.
How it can be fixed?: I’m not entirely sure what can be done with this type of rip, possibly stitches?
OH GOD I HAD A DREAM THAT HAPPENED TO ME THE OTHER NIGHT. And then I was looking at it in the mirror and put the jewelry back in (i had like…a septum shelf) and was just like “OH OKAY, WELL IT’LL BE FINE. I HOPE IT HEALS.”

P.S. I really don’t know what you’d do to fix that, personally. I think stitching it shut would be uncomfortable. Hrm.
